BNY Mellon Wins Four Asian ‘Best of the Best’ Awards

BNY Mellon and its companies are honored to have won four Asia Asset Management’s (AAM) Best of the Best Awards in 2018. Now in their 15th year, AAM’s prestigious awards recognize the most outstanding and innovative players in Asia’s pension and fund management industry.

BNY Mellon received AAM’s Best Client Servicing Award, while Eagle Investment Systems was named AAM’s Asian Operations & Technology Provider of the Year. In the Investment Performance category, two of BNY Mellon Investment Management’s companies, The Boston Company Asset Management and Insight Investment, were recognized for the US Small Cap Equity (10 years) and US Credit – Investment Grade (10 years), respectively.

“We are delighted to have received this recognition, which reinforces our strategy to put the client at the focus of all that we do,” said Rohan Singh, Head of Asset Servicing, Asia Pacific. “Client servicing is evolving as the investment landscape and operating models become more complex, creating new challenges for our clients. BNY Mellon maintains strong relationship with our clients in order to address these challenges as they arise, and we’re pleased that our efforts have been recognized by Asia Asset Management.”

The AAM Best of the Best Awards recognized Eagle Investment Systems as the Asian Operations & Technology Provider of the Year, reaffirming Eagle’s innovative solutions and services that meet the unique and evolving requirements of investment firms. “Eagle’s flexible deployment continuum, spanning from on-premises software installations through to managed services, is one of the biggest factors in our success in Asia,” said John Legrand, Managing Director and Head of EMEA and APAC at Eagle.

“Many of the firms we work with are looking to move straight from an in-house technology platform to outsourcing their technology and data needs, and our solutions help them achieve their goals.” “The awards won by The Boston Company and Insight Investment demonstrate not only the appeal of our multi-boutique model, which provides access to best-in-class investment strategies across every major asset class, but also our focus on delivering consistent results for our clients over the long term,” said Lindsay Wright, Head of Distribution and Co-Head of BNY Mellon Investment Management APAC.

The awards were presented at the 15th Asia Asset Management Annual Awards Dinner on Friday, March 23, 2018 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong.
