Insurance Technologies, LLC, a provider of sales and regulatory automation solutions for the insurance and financial services industries, announced it is a recipient of the 2019 Bank Insurance & Securities Association (BISA) Technology Innovation Award for FireLight® Sales Platform – FireLight Embedded.
The award was presented during the award ceremony at the 2019 BISA Annual Convention. The BISA Technology Innovation Award recognizes companies for their leadership in the advancement of the financial services industry’s products, services and platforms through technology innovations.
FireLight Embedded, released in the 4th quarter of 2018, is a new platform capability that allows FireLight services, business rules and processes to be embedded into third-party web applications, websites or proprietary systems. With FireLight Embedded, banks no longer need to have separate application systems for annuities that are independent from their brokerage or banking systems. It gives them the opportunity to sell life, annuity, mutual funds and other financial services products in new, innovative ways that impact how products are sold and managed.
